The CHIPS Program Office requires access to a comprehensive financial and market intelligence platform covering current and historical data for public and private companies. The platform will support grant and loan applicant evaluations, portfolio monitoring, compliance reviews, risk assessments, due diligence, and industry analysis under the CHIPS and Science Act. It must provide an integrated environment for accessing, analyzing, modeling, and reporting on financial and industry data relevant to the semiconductor ecosystem and supply chains.
