NIST requires duct cleaning services at its Gaithersburg, MD campus across multiple building locations. This is a competitive, total small business set-aside, performance-based commercial services procurement expected to result in a single firm-fixed-price contract/purchase order with recurring service line items. The contractor will provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies, and will handle scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and minor repairs under a NIST-provided Performance Work Statement.
