NIST Boulder Sitewide Exterior Lighting Inspection and Repair
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform monthly audits, inspections, maintenance, and repairs of exterior lighting systems at the NIST Boulder Campus and Ft. Collins Radio Station. Monthly audits require 100% inspection of all fixtures during darkness, with deficiency reports and cost estimates submitted. Repair and replacement work is performed only upon written authorization from the Contracting Officer. Performance location includes the NIST Boulder Campus and, as authorized, the Ft. Collins Radio Station. A site visit is scheduled for July 7, 2026, with questions due by July 9, 2026.
