Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

NIST requires one new, current-model, NDAA-compliant drone with a specific thermal and camera payload, to be delivered to its Gaithersburg Campus. The contractor must deliver the complete system, including all listed components, warranty, and virtual training, within 30 business days of contract award, with full performance to be completed one month after award. All equipment must be new, shipped in original packaging, and include an authorized reseller certificate. The government will inspect and accept or reject the equipment within 10 business days of receipt. Payment will be made upon acceptance of deliverables.
