Is the mirror dimensions or total dimensions of the FSM? NIST Response This is the total dimension of the FSM (mirror + steering mechanism, controller excluded). Question 2 If #7 is total dimensions of the FSM, then what is the actual mirror size that needs to be attached to the FSM? NIST Response The mirror itself needs to be at least 1 inch in diameter. As described in the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation, Statement of Work and Deviations to FAR 52.212-3 and 52.212-5.
