AMENDMENT #6 - The purpose of this amendment is to provided a revised uploaded solicitation document, 1333ND25QNB450016_01082025_Amendment_6 to replace the previous solicitation document. Changes in the document have been highlighted. Additionally, the Government's response to solicitation questions received by the January 7, 2025 deadline are now attached. AMENDMENT #5 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised uploaded document,1333ND25QNB450016_12232024, to replace the previous document that erroneously stated that "All quotations pertaining to this solicitation shall be sent to the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer, Monica H. Brown at Monica.Brown@nist.gov no later than 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2025." That statement was intended to refer to questions related to this solicitation and it has ben corrected in the attached document. AMENDMENT #4 - The purpose of this amendment is to re-issue this solicitation. The due date has been extended, the solicitation has been revised and new attachments have been included. All previous amendments and documents related to the original solicitation have been removed and should no longer be considered as it relates to this solicitation. AMENDMENT #3 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the remaining questions received by the Q&A deadline. AMENDMENT #2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the remaining questions received by the Q&A deadline and to provide a revised solicitation that supersedes all pervious versions. AMENDMENT #1 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the questions received thus far and to provide a revised solicitation that supersedes all pervious versions. BPEP requires a cloud-based (service), commercial off-the-shelf (COTS), Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS platform shall deliver BPEP’s online learning content to examiners, judges, overseers, and other stakeholders.
