It is the intent of this contract to provide monthly site audits of exterior lighting and to troubleshoot and repair non-functioning lights as required at the Boulder Laboratories site located at 325 Broadway in Boulder, Colorado, and the Fort Collins site located at 2000 E CO Rd 58, Fort Collins, CO 80524. This is a one year with four (4) option year contract. The Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) is for the labor, supervision, management, equipment, and materials required to ensure the minimum requirements are completed in accordance with the statement of work.
