Revised response to question recvied posted - 4/3/024 Response to Questions posted - 4/2/2024 CHIPS Program Office (CPO) requires detailed industry analysis on semiconductor technology and market trends on a range of semiconductor topics—such as microcontrollers, micro electromechanical systems, silicon photonics systems, silicon carbide semiconductors for power management integrated circuits, gallium nitride semiconductors for power management integrated circuits, non-volatile memory industry, power electronics industry, substrates industry, and advanced packaging. The contractor shall provide a series of commercial off the shelf reports and monitors (reports) with industry expertise and analysis on a range of semiconductor technological trends, including but not limited to back-end manufacturing developments and compound semiconductor market trends. The commercial off the shelf reports shall have information on market participants, market shares, manufacturing location, capacity, capital expenditures, inventory, and utilization. Commercial off the shelf reports shall be provided with an accompanying data file containing quantitative information.
