The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) RF technology division requires software and software maintenance agreements to support the simulation, modeling, and design of state-of-the-art measurement instrumentation for integrated circuits (ICs) working from DC to terahertz frequencies. These simulation tools will be used to design passive calibration devices and active electronic circuits as required by CHIPS metrology programs. This division routinely prepares circuit layouts for III-V semiconductor foundries using their process design kits (PDK) that works with the Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS) software suite.
