Amendment 01 (8/30/23): The offers due date is extended to Friday, September 1, 2023 and the following response is provided to a questions received in response to this solicitation: Q1: Is a unipolar power supply with motorized polarity switch an acceptable solution? The switch is controllable from remote so no manual switch over is needed. A1: A unipolar power supply with a mechanical switch is an acceptable option, though a true bipolar supply that can smoothly run through zero voltage and current is preferred.
