The responses received, however, did not provide any fully complaint offers and no award was available to be made. As a result, the small business set-aside is hereby dissolved. This solicitation is being re-opened as Full and Open competition. Please review the details of the solicitation and the included specifications for the Brand Name or Equal product, including the required space limitations (footprint), as some terms have changed.
