The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is building a low uncertainty primary flow standard to characterize flow meters that measure semiconductor gases. The flow standard will allow us to generate physical models of applicable meter types so that in the future a nitrogen calibration can be performed, and the meters used in semiconductor process gases without loss of accuracy. A leak detector is required to safely check for leaks of hazardous gases that may incur during the installation of gas flow meters. The Contractor shall deliver a quantity of one helium leak detector, inclusive of FOB Destination delivery per the NIST requirements and the terms and conditions as set forth in the combined synopsis/solicitation.
