Amendment II: This amendment is to answer a technical question regarding the specification for 7.a as follows: Question: Requirement 7.a. states the weight limit is 2 kg. To which items does the 2 kg weight limit apply? The 2 kg weight limit seems too low to apply to the vibrometer system. Does it apply to the power supply? Answer: The 2kg limit applies to the power supply + cables. It does not apply to the total vibrometer system. Amendment I: This Amendment is to confirm the that Government only requires one Vibrometer not two The NIST Mass and Force Group needs to procure Single-pointe heterodyne laser vibrometer for several non-contact vibration measurements in our calibration methods development: (1) measurement of sub-nanometer amplitude vibrations at single frequencies within the range 10 Hz – 20 kHz; (2) measurements of low-amplitude single frequency vibrations at frequencies in the frequency range 1 Hz – 100 kHz; (3) assorted broadband and single-frequency vibration measurements up to several MHz.
