Amendment I: The purpose of this amendment is to amend the notice to include a brand name or equal requirement to assist industry in understanding the Governments minimum requirements based on questions received regarding the minimum specifications. The Goverment has identified Stanford Advanced Materials PT0448 Platinum Evaporatig Dishes as technically capapble of meeting the rquirements. Therefore, Stanford Advanced Materials equipment or equal shall be considered. Please see the revised NIST requirements and Amednment I (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation) for further details. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Platinum dishes per the NIST requirements document in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in the cobmined synopsis/solicitation Please see attachments for complete details.
