The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Center for Neutron Research (NCNR) intends to procure liquid carbon dioxide (CO2). This acquisition is necessary to allow for the safe and efficient operation of the Nuclear Reactor associated with the NCNR. The liquid CO2 is to be delivered to the NIST Gaithersburg, MD campus.
