QUESTION: Is this the government willing ... AMENDMENT A001 The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to a question submitted. The due date and time for quotations remains unchanged. QUESTION: Is this the government willing to do a partial payment arrangement for task 2? RESPONSE: Yes. The Goverment is willing to negotiate a deliverable based payment schedule with the successful quoter. The following terms will apply to the payment schedule: (1) The Government cannot pay more than 15% up front; (2) All payments will be deliverable based; and (3) A larger percentage will be held until all work is complete. END OF AMENDMENT A001 The Contractor shall provide meeting support, sleeping rooms, meeting room space, audio visual equipment, and internet service, for the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC)event titled, “Team A: Digital/Multimedia SAC, Scene Examination SAC, Chemistry: Toxicology/Seized Drugs SAC, and Resource Task Groups,” currently planned for April 2024. All work shall be completed in accordance with the statement of work included herein. Reference the attached documents for all solicitaiton requirements.
