The due date and time for quotations remains unchanged. QUESTION #1: In the SOW it states that you want a comparative quote for multiple venues and services and the bid is due by the 14th. With this quote are you looking for the actually rates from the venues are you looking for a price to do the comparative analysis? RESPONSE #1: The work required by the statement of work will be performed after award. Reference the requried submissions section of the combined synopsis/solicitation for all documentation required to be submitted with the quotation. QUESTION #2: Is this the government willing to do a partial payment arrangement for task 2? RESPONSE #2: Yes. The Goverment is willing to negotiate a deliverable based payment schedule with the successful quoter. The following terms will apply to the payment schedule: (1) The Government cannot pay more than 15% up front; (2) All payments will be deliverable based; and (3) A larger percentage will be held until all work is complete. END OF AMENDMENT A001 The Contractor shall provide meeting support, sleeping rooms, meeting room space, audio visual equipment, and internet service, for the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC)event titled, “Team B: Physics/Pattern SAC, Medicine SAC, Chemistry: Trace Evidence SAC, and Biology SAC,” currently planned for May of 2024. All work shall be completed in accordance with the statement of work included herein. Reference the attached documents for all solicitation requirements.
