Reference the attached document Amendment A001. END OF TEXT The Contractor shall conduct a site search of available venues for the anticipated event. The Contractor shall utilize the results of the site search to recommend available venues for the Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) event listed below. The Contractor shall secure meeting space, AV equipment/services & lodging room blocks for all attendees and provide meeting planning and support for following meeting: Team A: Physics/Pattern Interpretation SAC, Scene Examination SAC, and Chemistry: Trace Evidence SAC, being held April 17-21, 2023.
