NIST is requesting services to support users of the NIST Associates Information System (NAIS). Each year, NIST hosts more than 3,000 NIST Associates (NAs), including foreign and domestic guest researchers, research associates, contractors, facility users, and other non-NIST employees. NAIS supports the process of bringing NAs to the NIST campus or allowing them access to NIST resources. NAIS is an internally developed system that automates the preparation, review, and approval of all NA agreements, extensions, and security forms required to bring associates to NIST. This contract is for support services in the operation of the NAIS helpdesk, providing training to NAIS users, and assisting with NAIS testing. The contractor will provide support on a part-time basis.
