NOTE: This requirement is to provide cleaning services for garments used in a class 100 cleanroom. These garments are owned by NIST boulder and requests the ability for physical pick-up and delivery. If that option is unavailable, NIST will consider shipping the garments. Please clearly indicate which option your offer is presenting, as phyical delivery is preferred and the shipping option will require additional price adjustment during price evaluation.
