In response to this request, a new attachment, "Appendix 1 - PSL_distribution_analysis" has been provided. The response date has also been extended to 12:00pm on August 15, 2022" ***** End of Amendment 2 ***** ***** Amendment 1 ***** (08/08/2022) Questions were submitted for this requirement that have resulted in the solicitation being amended in the following ways: The NIST Requirements Document has been revised as follows: All references to “Statement of Work” have been changed to “NIST Requirements”. Specification #2 has been changed to a minimum of Three (3) years as shelf stable with stronger consideration being given to longer periods, up to Ten (10) years. The Solicitation document has been revised as follows: Page 3 of the solicitation now includes shipping accounts for use in sending samples. The “Technical Documentation” section of “Technical Capability” within the Evaluation Factors now includes the stronger consideration given for shelf life that exceeds three (3) years.
