Amendment I: The purpose of Amendmet I is to clarify what is meant by dual solid film sample holder. What is meant is that since it's a duel beam instrument you need one holder for the sample and one holder for the blank. So for liquid samples you need two spots for cuvettes and for thin film samples you need two spots for films (one for each of the duel beams). All other terms and conditions remain unchaged. One (1) UV-vis-NIR spectrophotometer, which must meet or exceed the requirements as set forth in the requirements document.
