Due to sick leave, this amendment was not posted as early as intended, therefore the response date is also being extended. Question Received: Is this requirement a new contract or is there an incumbent performing the services. Answer: A previous contract, SB1341-17-SE-0127, was awarded to Rigaku America's Corporation to provide these services.
