The purpose of solicitation Amendment 0001 is to incorporate the attached revised Statement of Work which amends the “Place of Performance” language to the following: Work performed under the resultant IDIQ contract may require Contractor personnel to work on-site at the NIST Gaithersburg, MD campus, at the Contractor's/off-site facility, or remotely. The place of performance will be specified in each individual task order. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** This is a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items – as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, effective March 10, 2021. Please see the attached SF1449 for additional information. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990 – All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $16.5 Million. This acquisition is being procured 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5 acquisition procedures will be utilized. The Government intends to award one Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide evaluation support for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Information Access Division's Retrieval Group’s Text Retrieval Conference (TREC), Text Retrieval Conference Video Retrieval Evaluation (TRECVID) and Text Analysis Conference (TAC). The maximum cumulative amount of all orders placed under the awarded IDIQ contract shall be $1,500,000.00. See attached SF1449 and its attachments for pertinent details of this solicitation.
