Solicitation The National Institute of Standards and Technology, Public Safety Communications Research Division has a requirement for two (2) approved PTCRB 5G Test Platforms that can support FR1 and FR2 frequency bands, and 4G functionality. Additionally, this has a requirement to develop MCS functionality on the approved PTCRB 5G test platform. A PTCRB approved platform with this capability does not currently exist, so this procurement is a Design, Develop, Test, and Evaluate (DDT&E) effort.
