Amendment I: The purpose of this amendment is to address vendor questions and answers and update the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to design and fabricate vacuum jacketed piping, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and the terms and conditions as set forth in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.
