Amendment II: The purpose of this amendment is to respond to a question that has been submitted for response. The question/ answer is stated below: Q: Can you provide the dimensions of the roll up doors on the cooling tower? A: Wet doors: 20’ x 9’ ; Dry Doors: 20’ x 6’ The due date for quotations has not be changed, all quotations are to be provided not later than 12 pm EST, February 5, 2021. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment I: The purpose of this amendment is to note that site visits are available upon request and to extend the due date for quotations. Contractors interested in a site visit, shall email their request to both the contract specialist (joni.laster@nist.gov) and the contracting officer (Donald.collie@nist.gov). All requests for a site visit must be submitted no later than January 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. EST. The due date for quotations has been extended from January 28, 2021 to February 5, 2021. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged. The NCNR requires maintenance service to include all labor, materials, equipment and parts to maintain the rolling doors so that they are consistently fully operational. The Contractor shall provide an annual maintenance service contract to include all labor, materials, equipment and parts to maintain the rolling doors so that they are consistently fully operational. This will include two (2) preventive maintenance service visits to inspect, adjust, lubricate, test and make repairs as needed; and be on call for as needed emergency repair services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
