All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The delivery deadline has been changed hereby. From: Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION, Scheduling of the delivery shall take place at a time mutually agreed upon by the Government and Contractor. This delivery shall be scheduled as soon as possible but shall occur No Later Than (NLT) eight (8) weeks ARO.
