The delivery timeline hereby changed: From: Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION. Scheduling of the delivery shall take place at a time mutually agreed upon by the Government and Contractor. This delivery shall be scheduled as soon as possible but shall occur No Later Than (NLT) 90 days ARO To: Delivery shall be FOB DESTINATION. Scheduling of the delivery shall take place at a time mutually agreed upon by the Government and Contractor. This delivery shall be scheduled as soon as possible but shall occur No Earlier Than (NET) 130 days ARO. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
