THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR PART 13 SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 effective June 5, 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This acquisition is being procured as a Brand Name or Equal. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. Responsible small business concerns may submit a firm fixed-price quotation for the contract line item defined as CLIN 0001 in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SoW) included in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CS/S). All equipment must be new. Used or remanufactured equipment will not be considered for award. This is a brand name or equal requirement. Brand name or equal description is intended to be descriptive, but not restrictive and is to indicate the quality and characteristic of products that will be considered satisfactory to meet the agency’s requirement. Brand Name or Equal: The SP-300 instrument, manufactured by Bio-Logic USA, LLC has been identified as meeting all specifications identified in the statement of requirements.
