With respect to the anticipated Organization of Scientific Area Committees (OSAC) event titled: Medicine SAC and Digital and Multimedia SAC, the Contractor shall conduct a site search of available venues, and, if condititions relevant to COVID-19 allow, the Contractor shall provide meeting planning support, meeting space, AV equipment/services, and lodging room blocks for all attendees for the OSAC event. Reference the attached documents for all solicitaiton requirements and the potential impact of COVID-19 on this procurement action. AMENDMENT 001 The above referenced solicitation is hereby amended to respond to questions submitted. The due date and time for quotations remains unchanged. QUESTION #1: Can you please tell us if there is an incumbent, and, if so, company name, contract number and value?RESPONSE #1: There is no incumbent for this requirement. QUESTION #2: For the above subject solicitation, it requires the contractor to pay the hotel for non-federal employees. Is the contractor to include the lodging fee in their quote for non-federal employees? Want to be sure we are not liable. RESPONSE #2: The Contractor is required to pay the hotel for non-federal employees. Lodging costs for non-federal employees must be included in the firm fixed price quoted.
