The original response due date for this requirement was 11 January 2019. On the response due date, there was a lapse in appropriations. A blanket revision to submission due dates was posted to FedBizOpps on 24 January 2019 concerning all active NIST notices. The blanket revision provided for an additional seven business days following NIST's resumption of business operations, which occurred 28 January 2019. During the lapse in appropriations, questions were received concerning this requirement. The responses to questions is being attached to this amendment. The new response due date is 19 February 2019 at 4:00PM eastern time.
