The following change is hereby incorporated and made a part of the solicitation: DELETE: This acquisition is being procured 100% set-aside for small business. The non-manufacturer rule does not apply to this solicitation. ADD: This acquisition is being procured using full and open competition. 2. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause is hereby changed as follows: Subparagraph 14 of FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, titled 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside, is hereby deleted. 3. The due date for quotations is hereby extended until Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 3:30 PM Eastern Time.
