Solicitation Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to correct a broken link in the Background section of the Mock Task Order Statement of Work. The solicitation document (SF1449) is revised, as attached, to include a revised Mock Task Order Statement of Work which has an updated link to the NIST Framework and Roadmap for Smart Grid Interoperability Standards. The solicitation response deadline remains December 30, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. __________________ Solicitation Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to provide anonymized Questions and Answers via a revised solicitation document (SF 1449). The revised solicitation also includes updated documents which reflect the answers to questions. The revised solicitation includes Questions and Answers, as well as revisions to the IDIQ Statement of Work, Mock Task Order Statement of Work, Instructions to Offerors, and Evaluation Factors. Please carefully review the revised solicitation document (SF 1449 attached). The solicitation response deadline is extended through December 30, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. _____________ Solicitation Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Past Performance Questionnaire referenced in the solicitation which indavertently was not posted with the original solicitation announcement. All other aspects of the solicitation remain unchanged. _____________ The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract which will provide technical support for National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and Smart Grid activities. NIST CPS and Smart Grid Program Office technical support requirements vary and are subject to rapidly developing and deploying technology; IDIQ support contracts are required to streamline the procurement process for these tasks. Tasks include supporting the public comment process, providing subject matter expertise, providing program management support to accelerate standards, organization and facilitation of technical meetings and workshops, research support, support for coordination with other CPS efforts, testing activities support, and general technical support related to CPS and Smart Grid systems efforts. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by or before December 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM ET. Please see the attached solicitation document for all details. This is a 100% small business set aside under the small business size standard of $16.5 Million.
