Answer: Yes, it is permissable to include the TTB permit number on the cigarette packs. ____________ Please see the attached solicitation. NIST is seeking a contractor to produce, package, and deliver cigarettes which meet the identified specifications. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by 11:00 AM ET on July 9, 2019. Proposals are due by 11:00 AM ET on August 1, 2019.
