There will be no additional question and answer period fo... Solicitation Amendment 0005: The purpose of this amendment is as follows: 1. Anonymized questions and associated answers are hereby issued. a. There will be no additional question and answer period for this solicitation. No further questions will be accepted. 2. A revised Statement of Work reflecting answers to questions and other changes is hereby issued. a. Please review the revised Statement of Work very carefully in full. The scope and nature of the work is unchanged; however, there are substantial changes to details. 3. The Schedule, provisions, and clauses associated with this solicitation are revised. a. CLIN 2010 has been removed from the Schedule and CLINs 4002 and 4003 have been added to the Schedule. b. Please carefully review the revised provisions and clauses in full. FAR Clauses 52.227-17 and 52.227-18 are added to the solicitation. CAR Clause 1352.237-70 is added to the solicitation. In the "Additional Terms and Conditions" attachment, the following clauses have been added: "Protection of Human Subjects," "Rights in Data, Assignment of Copyright," and "Reports." FAR Clause 52.244-2 is removed from the solicitation. See the "Additional Terms and Conditions" attachment for the applicable Subcontracts clause. 4. The Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Method and Evaluation Factors are revised, as attached. 5. The solicitation response deadline is hereby extended to October 22, 2019 at 11:00 AM ET. The solicitation is hereby extended to October 4, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET. This will provide additional time for the Government to review and respond to Contractor questions which were submitted by the inquiries deadline. NIST plans to provide questions and answers along with a revised Statement of Work. The solicitation is hereby extended to August 27, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET. Questions and answers will be posted as soon as possible. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure contractor services in support of the National Construction Safety Team investigation of critical buildings in Puerto Rico and their performance during Hurricane Maria. The buildings that are of interest are hospitals, schools, and designated storm shelters. Questions regarding this solicitation are due by or before July 19, 2019 at 12:00 PM ET.
