NOAA’s Office of Marine & Aviation Operations, Marine Operation Center, requires Kongsberg trawl sensors and associated deployment components for NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker as a mission-critical onboard spare suite for its installed Kongsberg trawl-monitoring system. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334511, and quotes will only be accepted from authorized Kongsberg Discovery US distributor/resellers. The firm-fixed-price requirement includes specified Kongsberg OEM sensors, deployment components, and hardware; no installation is required, and substitutions, refurbished items, or part-number changes are not authorized unless approved in writing after NOAA technical review.
