NOAA Oscar Sette CHT Tank Cleaning and Repairs
This opportunity is a total small business set-aside firm-fixed-price contract to clean the sewage holding tank and clear blocked suction lines on NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette, including pumping, high-pressure washing, disposal, and gas-free certification. Performance will take place in port at Ford Island, Honolulu, HI, from September 4 to September 14, 2026. The tank is approximately 5,000 gallons, with residual sewage expected. Evaluation will consider technical acceptability, past performance, access/availability, and price, with award to the low-priced technically acceptable offer. Offerors must be registered in SAM and provide references, liability insurance, and required documentation.
