This is a total small business set-aside solicitation for logistical support to demobilize a diving operation on the NOAA Ship Oscar Elton Sette, including crane services to lift a 19,000-pound dive chamber from the ship onto a flatbed truck, transport, and heavy-duty forklift placement. The required performance date is September 4, 2026, at Kilo Pier and the NOAA Daniel K. Inouye Regional Center Boat Yard on Ford Island, with access to Pearl Harbor and Ford Island military bases required.
