NOAA intends to sole source the replacement of foam-filled sponsons on two small boats from Wing Inflatable, Inc. The work covers procurement of materials and installation for a 17ft Katanacraft RIB (NF-2) and a 17ft Northwind Marine RIB (NF-3). Performance will occur at the NOAA Ship Nancy Foster’s homeport in North Charleston, SC. Material delivery is required by November 30, 2026, with installation completion no later than January 31, 2027. Interested firms may submit substantiating documentation within 5 days of this notice to be considered for a competitive procurement.
