The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires the emergency removal and disposal of approximately 16,000 gallons of diesel fuel mixed with seawater from the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the pump-off, transportation, and compliant disposal of the contaminated fuel.
