NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer Contaminated Fuel remov
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires the emergency removal and disposal of approximately 16,000 gallons of diesel fuel mixed with seawater from the NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the pump-off, transportation, and compliant disposal of the contaminated fuel. Services are to be performed at the vessel's location in Honolulu, Hawaii (1897 Ranger Loop - BLDG. 184). The required performance period for the deliverable is between May 28 and May 31, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside, and the government will award a firm fixed-price purchase order based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
