The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires two complete SonTek CastAway-CTD systems for research and operational data collection, to be delivered to the NOAA Ship Thomas Jefferson at Coast Guard Station Cleveland, Ohio. The government requests delivery as soon as possible and will award a firm fixed-price contract based on best value, with evaluation criteria including authorized dealer status, availability/delivery time, and price. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Quotes must be submitted via email, and all questions must be submitted in writing by a specified date. Vendors must be registered in the SAM database and provide specific documentation with their offer.
