Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires a contractor to service, clean, test, and groom the reefer and freezer refrigeration systems aboard the NOAA Ship Explorer. The work must be performed at 1897 Ranger Loop, Ford Island, Honolulu, HI 96818, at the pier near Building #184. The performance period is from April 8, 2026, to April 23, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside, and quotes will be evaluated with the non-price technical solution being significantly more important than price. The contractor must provide a detailed technical approach, past performance references, and all required documentation, including a Condition Found Report.
