Provide Husbandry Services to the NOAA Ship Pisces
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires comprehensive husbandry and port services for the NOAA Ship Pisces. The primary place of performance is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, though vendors may propose an alternative suitable port within the Canary Islands for consideration. The period of performance is a 10-day window between June 1, 2026, and September 15, 2026, with anticipated mooring from July 8–25, 2026. Required services include pilotage, tug assistance, pier space, line handling, security, supplies, forklift operation, food stores, ground transportation, and a husbanding agent, all to be paid at actual cost not to exceed the total purchase order amount. The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering experience/past performance, availability of services and dates, and price.
