This is a firm fixed-price, small business set-aside solicitation for the removal and replacement of transducers on the NOAA Ship Pisces. The work is to be performed at the Marine Operations Center Atlantic located at 439 W York Street, Norfolk, VA. The base year period of performance is from the time of award through 15 days after award. The evaluation will be based on a trade-off between a significantly more important non-price technical solution (technical approach and past performance) and price.
