Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) requires four rental vehicles for crew transportation in Ketchikan, Alaska, from approximately December 31, 2025, to March 31, 2026. The requirement is for a mix of vehicles, ideally three passenger vans and one truck, with a minimum combined capacity for 10-15 personnel, and all vehicles must be available locally within Ketchikan. This is a brand new, firm-fixed-price contract set aside for small businesses, and pricing must include Loss Damage Waiver insurance. The government includes an option to extend services for up to six months. A site visit is recommended for July 3, 2025, and offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide past performance references.
