Update the Statement of Requirement, this requirements is now change for the purchase of parts under Brandname PELCO. Installation will not be part of this requirement. (Please see Page 3) Vendor shall provide the below documentation; failure to provide the following documentation may be excluded from consideration. a) Please provide name, address, telephone number, Duns Number, Cage #, and Tax ID. b) An Itemized/detail breakdown cost of the quote that will reflect the entire price under this RFQ. (All requested parts, including shipping/freight, etc.). c) Acknowledgement of solicitation amendments (SF-30). d) Vendor shall be either the manufacturer, Distributor or an authorized dealer/ Reseller from the actual manufacturer, No third party vendor is authorized other than what is mention above. e) Vendor shall provide proof of the above as an attachment. f) For verification purposes please summarize all the proposed parts and Components including part# per Attached statement of need. This needs to be on the vendor's company's letter head. Vendor shall include delivery from after receive Purchase Order. Price shall be identified on the parts. g) Vendor shall provide manufacture documentation/ data sheet of the actual proposed system that may include pictures, drawings and or descriptions where the proposed system clearly meets the specification on the statement of need. h) Return as an attachment the completed FAR PART 52.204-24 52.204-24 REPRESENTATION REGARDING CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT (AUG 2020), - and FAR PART 52.204-26 COVERED TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES--REPRESENTATION. i) Provide parts availability/delivery from After Receive of Order (ARO). 2. Can you define non-GFM parts? Located in 1.4 of Requirements. A1.The non GFM (Government Furnished Material) includes but not limited to the following: a. The nuts and bolts and other fasteners needed to mount the cameras, workstations, server and other hardware. b. Cable ties and cable markers needed to manage the cable running between equipment. c. MCT (Multiple Cable Transit) sealants and plugs needed to restore the MCT that are disturbed. d. Network cable tester. e. Any other material that will successfully complete the CCTV system upgrade in accordance with industry standards. Q2. In section 1.5 Installation it states, “Mount each camera to a junction box and attach each junction box with welded studs to associated frames, beams, or structure other than the ships’ hull”. Will we be using the existing wielded studs of current cameras or do we need to wield studs for each of our junction boxes? A2. We will be reusing any existing welding studs if they are in good condition. We need new welding studs if they are not. The intent of this statement is that the CAT 6 cable from the cameras is protected in a junction box. I would defer to best industry standards for the installation. Q3. 1- Referenced Drawing 1.1 “RB Camera Schematics” lists the installation of 30 cameras. These are not listed on the Government or Contractor-Furnished Material lists. 2- Contractor-Furnished Material lists 28 Camera Licenses, however the drawing shows 30 Cameras to be installed. A3. 1- The drawing is for camera location references only. Please follow the Statement of Requirements for CFM materials (pages 3-6) of 1333MK21QNMAN0003. 2-The NVR (server) comes with 2 IP camera licenses. The extra licenses for the existing analog cameras that are to be added to the IP based system. The total licenses comes to 30 and will cover all the cameras in the system. B.
