The work addresses water damage from a cracked floor-drain P-trap, which spread under the building’s vapor barrier over at least 8'x12' (likely not more than 20'x20') and soaked/froze insulation; the P-trap plumbing has been repaired. Inside, the subfloor is warped around the toilet and floor drain, making the sheet vinyl uneven; the bathroom is approximately 12'x7' and affected vinyl sheets are about 12'x6' with warping along the seam. Wage Determination AK20260001 and the bathroom dimensions were added through amendments to the solicitation.
