This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, set aside for small businesses, for lock re-keying and related hardware services. The contractor will review all locks at the NOAA/AOML facility, rekey or replace cylinders and locks, and fabricate keys to standardize the building to no more than two or three lock models, preferably with one master key. Performance will take place at NOAA/AOML, 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149. The period of performance is September 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026. The government intends to award one firm-fixed-price purchase order using lowest-price, technically acceptable evaluation.
