This is a small business set-aside request for quotes for UPS battery replacement services at five National Weather Service offices in the western U.S.: Elko, NV; Eureka, CA; Pendleton, OR; Spokane, WA; and Las Vegas, NV. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order on an all-or-none basis to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, with Net 30 payment terms. The period of performance is 150 days from award. Offerors must provide all labor, equipment, and materials, comply with Buy American requirements for offered products, and are encouraged, though not required, to conduct a site visit.
